Issue Idol! Best Practices for Reporting Support Issues

Description: Let’s face it, we all have issues…. If you are a professional issue-submitter to Abila or to your Abila Partner, you could be the next ISSUE IDOL!
Have you ever experienced the unending support issue, the response “I am unable to replicate the issue,” or the infamous long email chain to get support to the root of the issue? If you can say “yes” to any of these, come ready to participate and learn our tips and tricks for submitting informative, high-quality support issues.
This will be a fun and interactive session in which you can practice presenting your new tools (via a sample issue) to a panel of Idol judges…and perhaps be THE WINNER!
Once a winner is selected, we’ll present a series of best practices that have worked well for us as the “receivers” of client support issues.
