Agilutions Wins 2011 Avectra “Outstanding Partner Award”
Today, Agilutions was honored at the AUDC 2011 Innovation Awards, taking home Avectra’s most prestigious “Outstanding Partner Award.” This honor recognizes Agilutions’ excellence in support, innovation, deployment and optimization of Avectra’s netFORUM software to best meet its users’ needs.
In 2008, Avectra formed a network of Implementation Partners, including Agilutions, to help customers maximize and optimize the functionality of netFORUM for their distinct business needs. Each year, Avectra presents the Innovation Awards to celebrate their partners’ and customers’ most outstanding achievements. The awards are peer-nominated, selected by a committee of users from the Avectra community, and presented at the annual conference. This marks Agilutions’ fifth Avectra Innovation Award and second Outstanding Partner Award since their inception in 2005.
The award was presented to Agilutions in front of several hundred people by Darryl Hopkins, Avectra’s Director of R&D, at the much-anticipated awards luncheon. “Agilutions has been a valued member of the netFORUM community for their technical and business knowledge, their deep and practical understanding of netFORUM, and their first class customer service.” said Hopkins. “Avectra has always trusted Agilutions to come through for netFORUM customers at any stage of their project, from inception to maintenance, with creative and workable solutions. Avectra looks forward to continuing this partnership for many years to come.”
AUDC 2011 was held in Orlando, FL from February 28-March 1, 2011.
Agilutions and ASHA win Avectra Innovation Award at Avectra AUDC 2010
To manage the more than 6,500 certification applications received each year, Agilutions conducted an in depth process and technology consultation with ASHA and implemented the Agilutions Credentialing Solution, a custom netFORUM Enterprise module.
“By improving our response time and service we not only create member value, we help them meet their professional goals. Our partnerships with Avectra and Agilutions are key components of enabling our member’s success.” – Mike Guerrieri, information systems director at ASHA.
The new system has significantly reduced the time from receipt of the certification application to review from an average of 21 days to 4 days – an improvement of more than 200%. It has delivered not only faster response times but also flexibility, reduced financial risk, improved communications and improved member service.
Agilutions wins partner award
At the 2009 Avectra Users and Developers Conference in South Beach, Florida, Agilutions won the Partner Award. Each year, the Avectra community recognizes their peers with awards that celebrate best practices and outstanding achievements. These awards are peer nominated and selected by a committee of users from the Avectra community.
Avectra’s comment from the conference Web site:
In today’s world of AMS/CRM applications, we all realize the value add that third-party vendors bring to software applications like netFORUM. Avectra has established relationships with many Partners who provide invaluable solutions and services to the Avectra User Community. This award is intended to honor a Partner whose solution or service has added real value to the netFORUM user experience.
Agilutions’ client wins AUDC award
Agilutions is proud to announce that our client, the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), was crowned “Best Web Site Using netFORUM Enterprise CMS” at the 2008 Avectra Users and Developers Conference. Recognizing the greatest innovation and creativity in building Web site look and feel, navigation and content using only the netFORUM Enterprise CMS tool, the award comes as a result of hard work and a commitment to developing a seamless, user-centric Web site.
While the CMS development was conducted and developed by AAHA, the ecommerce functionality developed by Agilutions for AAHA is a vital part of their Web site experience. To create an ecommerce functionality that was usable and useful from a trade association perspective, Agilutions worked diligently to address both an internal login that would enable employees with privileges to act on behalf of the hospital and an external login that would allow users to easily apply for a membership and to pay fees in a secure online environment.
Since access to the Web site required an individual login for each user, Agilutions tailored the shopping cart to accommodate multiple usernames and passwords easily and effectively. With Agilutions’ expertise in software implementation, the Web site was constructed so each independent feature fit into a larger framework. Implementation also included imparting important information to AAHA that would prove invaluable down the road as their Web site expands and evolves.
“The Agilutions team brought the technical expertise needed to not only implement the software, but also played an integral part in mentoring AAHA to be self-sufficient. The readiness and ability to transfer knowledge quickly and effectively to our team proved to be key in not only getting us up to speed, but more importantly giving us a framework for future success,” said Associate Director of Information Technology, Ryan Latham.
The focus on helping clients realize success on multiple levels continues to set Agilutions apart from the competition. Agilutions was extremely honored to play an integral role in developing the ecommerce functionality for AAHA and looks forward to applying a similar methodology to help more associations achieve their goals.
