Business Analyst / Solutions Coach

Agilutions, a Denver-based software-consulting firm focused on delivering solutions for Association, Trade and Credentialing Organizations, has an immediate career opportunity for a Business Analyst & Solutions Coach (BA/SC). The BA/SC is the primary Voice of the Customer on maintenance and projects within the Customer Success team, both representing their business needs and assuring quality. The BA/SC will analyze all incoming support tickets and requests for new projects, to design a solution, and work with the developers and Customer Success Manager, to deliver. The BA/SC supports these client requests from start to finish --- from when the request comes in until the solution is delivered to the client.

In some cases, the request will involve configuration only, and the BA/SC will take on this hands on solution. In others, the solution requires software design and development, and the BA/SC will work closely with the engineers to ensure the work conforms with the business needs of the client. The BA/SC owns the quality of any work, and may at times engage in quality assurance activity. This is a hand-on, “power user” position!

This is a remote full-time position; please, no contractors.

Work closely with clients, to understand their business needs in order to create solutions, both configuration and/or development.
Act as the primary Voice of the Client within Agilutions’ projects. Be a power user of the application, and understand how to drive the application, from the Client’s perspective.
Develop and apply a deep understanding of the Client’s business rules and processes, in order to ensure the quality of our product.
Work closely with developers to define clear expectations for each deliverable.
Expand development user stories into clear Client expectations and test procedures.
Primary owner of product quality on new development projects.
Collaborate with developers on issue resolution.
Lead up onboarding and training of Clients with new product implementations and product releases.
Provide Client end-user testing support and instruction.
Accurately maintain time tracking and billing records.
Establish an expertise in working with NetForum Enterprise and appropriate web technologies.
Work as a contributing member of the Agilutions Team to continuously evolve and improve business processes and development methods to best respond to the needs of clients.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, staff and contractors.
Other duties as assigned.
