Quality & Business Analyst

Agilutions, a Denver-based software-consulting firm focused on delivering solutions for Association, Trade and Credentialing Organizations, has an immediate career opportunity for a Quality & Business Analyst (QBA). The QBA is responsible for maintaining, evolving and executing a standardized process for all projects. The QBA is the primary Voice of the Customer on projects and within sustaining, both representing and assuring quality. This is a remote full-time position; please, no contractors.

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs in order to create project test plans with the appropriate level of detail for the size, complexity, and budget of projects.
Act as the primary Voice of the Client within Agilutions’ projects. Be a power user of the application and understand how to drive the application from the Client’s perspective.
Develop and apply a deep understanding of the Client’s business rules and processes, in order to ensure the quality of our product.
Work closely with developers to define clear expectations for each deliverable.
Expand development user stories into clear Client expectations and test procedures.
Primary owner of product quality on new development projects.
Collaborate with developers on issue resolution.
Lead up onboarding and training of Clients with new product implementations and product releases.
Provide Client end-user testing support and instruction.
Accurately maintain time tracking and billing records.
Work closely with technical leads, business analysts, and PM staff to scope and size QA work for RFP responses, statements of work, and change orders.
Establish an expertise in working with NetForum Enterprise and appropriate web technologies.
Work as a contributing member of the Agilutions Team to continuously evolve and improve business processes and development methods to best respond to the needs of clients.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, staff, and contractors.

Project Owner

Project Owners play an important role by providing ongoing leadership and ownership of client projects. They also provide insight about client services by assessing customer satisfaction and reporting technical issues. This is a full-time position, fully remote within the US; please, no contractors.

Manage the overall direction, coordination, resourcing, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company and client strategy, commitments, and goals.
Develop and maintain full-scale project plans and follow a defined, agreed-upon project management process/methodology.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely project objectives within a defined scope and budget.
Meticulously document and maintain meeting notes and records, and efficiently utilize multiple project tracking tools.
Participate in one-on-one and group sessions with Tech Leads, Business Analysts, and clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements and solutions surrounding the client’s core business and operational processes.
Established business expertise in the use and capabilities of Community Brands NetForum Enterprise Association Management Software (“NFE”) and Agilutions CredHQ product.
Work as a contributing member of the Agilutions team to continuously evolve the company’s business practices and development methods to best respond to the needs of clients.

Project owners are open minded and flexible individuals who ideally have:

A bachelor’s degree and 2–4+ years of related client-facing work experience.

Knowledge and experience using agile methodology.

Experience working with ‘off the shelf’ CRM and/or ERP systems.
Previous hands-on experience working with a credentialing management database. Experience with NFE is a plus.
